I agree. From my personal experience, if you aren't comfortable with the other person,no matter what the said work won't turn out satisfactory..

It's not that other people can work easily without getting uncomfortable.Its just that few people are really good at pretending..So, you will never know what are they actually going through internally...

It's same with everyone.It's just that people react differently to a given circumstances based on their character trait..
