Feel esp Ammu's scenes with Virat these days are forced. Jealousy kahan se aayi? kyu? Few interactions were odd in this respect - can easily be an interaction b/w a married couple.

They did have a big window of free time available b/w her meeting Singhania and the Roka where Virat could've started to investigate fraud around Jahan's flat. Would've fit well too - 'You corrected a mistake you made, I do the same for you.' Now the so very important characters of Jayesh and Ishika are going to get the whole wedding track - complete with all the functions.

PS: They are probably dragging things, biding away time until end of IPL by keeping things low key... but then what do they plan to bring in after that - esp given that they brought in the MS episodes and Virat's 'much excitement all' mu after biding away time until the end of BB.

Well.. even Bhavani goes for the Mehndi function... and as per bts, they even write 'talakhshuda' with it. ... Will be another skippable Sunday filler episode.

Well, if we can try solving this puzzle:

Bhavani said she had arranged a place for the Gudi festival and showed a space across which seemed to resemble that where Virat used to exercise initially, are both the places the same?

The next morning, Amruta was arranging the pooja materials and Virat was looking out at her from his bedroom, so is Virat's bedroom on the terrace??

And on the festive day, the community ladies were seen coming down a flight of stairs and not climbing up suggesting the pooja place is not on the terrace??

Then Ammu is seen placing flower strings on the terrace walls, so this is a terrace above their current place of residence ???

I understand why the story is going haywire. When the writers cannot plan out the place of residence for the leads families for viewers' better understanding, how on earth is she/they going to focus on the characters and events and plots and exposures using logic and in progressive sequence. The way they keep showing plots without culprits being exposed alternating with festivities and the love for dancing of both Ahuja and Chitnis families, all the villain needs to do is to arrange a dance party, dance his way through the crowd and throw bombs at whoever is his or her target, no one will suspect anything since dancing is their goal

Using a pic for the outdoor view of the terrace does raise more questions. Presumably it was the same place or direction in which Virat looked into her 3rd floor window while she was crying. But now we have a view of BKC (Bandra Kurla Complex) from there (though it was kind of nostalgic for me to see my old office building(s) right on the front). Well.. at least they stuck near Bandra if not proper Bandra, and didn't show some view of some other place - say Andheri.

The pic could've been avoided... now the penthouse terrace looks much bigger than it may actually be.

PS: Think Gudi is tied in some place where there is an outside view - generally windows or balconies... Probably what forced them to go for a pic with outside view.

If we go by calendars, Holi festival every year usually comes around spring FULL moon, where as Gudi Padwa after Holi after next NEW moon.

Here in KMTMG next day of Holi events going on, they started Gudi Padwa arrangements on terrace in the story. It seemed channel or producer suddenly forced crew to shoot a Gudi Padwa sequence without proper preparation, since FL's family has Maharastrian background? entire festival episode was unappealing, all over the place, not impressive..

(and due to sbb/sbs released in advance dance was already seen by many on TV or on YT..)

This pink one looked so graceful saree drape, along with pinga dances at that anniversary event, supposedly on same terrace area..

Latest saree drapes aren't appealing..nor the dances..nor the background..

btw why were Harsh & Virat ONLY male members participating in these celebrations?

For Punjabi's Baisaki is new year, so may be they planned another festival to club Ishika's pre-wedding rituals in the story next week, hence hurried gudi Padwa? as anyhow Babita may insist to grandly celebrate Nimrit's first Baisaki after her marriage.

Not going according to the calendar thing happens many times. Pragya was kidnapped 2 days before (or perhaps the day before) Valentines day... a couple of days later was Holi (probably took at least a couple of weeks (even more) for the real world to get to holi). Think there was a segment where Sriti and Shabir talk about it too - in a fun way.

For us in Tamil Nadu, tomorrow is Tamil New Year, a very important day, where we do pooja at home very early in the morning, offering sweet pongal, vadas, variety of fruits and three food items depicting (three essential aspects of life) bitterness, sweetness and sourness such as mango, neem leaves and jaggery to God and visit temples of our choice. But luckily or unluckily we do not have any dance festivities.

Haven't actually come across any 'grand' Gudi Padwa celebrations in Mumbai too - neither any Makar Sankranti ones. Both are mostly home affairs. Ganesh Chaturthi, Holi, Diwali, and (Krishna) Janmashtami (or Dahi Handi) are the only sarvajanik (public) celebrations I can think of right now (- there may be one or two more).
