Writers thru Shekar asked Virat in Apr 12th episode same Q, that has been bothering viewers all these weeks.
'After all these days have elapsed, why are you now probing more about Jahan Kaur's flat issue as to who is real new owner? why didn't you seriously check earlier itself to resolve this issue?'
Virat sir says 'I got occupied with so many things happening around'..
What a lame answer!
dear fool
all those tamashas & dhamakas on terrace that are still happening which is impacting both side families peace all these weeks, is MAINLY because Jahan was cheated of her flat, Amruta & rest believed Virat/Babita did this to revenge them
and hence they came over to take shelter on terrace because 'King Virat corporation' was name of company that financed 10 lakhs amount to Jahan on those signed papers. So knowing who now owns that 3rd floor A-block flat, should have been TOP most priority.
For many viewers anyhow it has been boringly dragged 30 episodes already on that terrace next to pent house with ott kitchen politics to trouble & oust Chitnis family, which was/is so demotivating & unconvincing to watch
what a sorry state
this terrace stay is still going to continue even into next week episodes as per bts..
But interestingly as per KMTMG timelines of story also, two weeks before Holi & two weeks after Holi till Gudi padwa festival has already elapsed since (jobless, homeless, penniless) Jahan & Chitnis family were forced to live as if some refugees on a 28th floor OPEN terrace half area, with supposedly NO comfort, safety, privacy nor security.
ofcourse no society office bearers calling for a meeting to question them, how long they are going to occupy a common area?
PS
On sets its actually a comfortably closed big hall with a proper roof, with provisions of kitchen/pantry/dressing area/separate bathroom with NO regular Mumbai weather issues like excess sun light, heat or cold breezes, dust etc. Hence Jahan & Chitnis family were enjoying their stay there.
In real life be it 5th floor or 12th floor or 28th floor
living day & night continuously on a OPEN roof in Mumbai for so many weeks might have landed people in hospital or atleast tanned them by now..
but not here..
