If you think from his POV , he lost his dad and unborn kid due to her impulsive behavior and bad decisions. He considers her responsible for the 2 deaths...and is still stuck on the grief of all that ...And then he sees that after destroying his life, she has 0 regret, has happily moved on and is living a beautiful life... Your points are valid only if he never loved her. You can feel so much hate when you never loved the person so for sahiba. She also can not hide the paternity truth.
