Crossed off the 42nd state - Kentucky. Only 8 more states to go.
I stayed in Kentucky and then drove an hour North to Indiana to see the eclipse. The rural United States is criminally underrated. I got to see the totality both times (2017 in Nebraska) no muss, no fuss, no traffic, no nothing. Just a pleasant viewing experience on the prairie with other eclipse chasers.
Now planning Spain, 2026.
