Dkp is definitely problematic production house and RS considers people stupid so dishes out crap in the name of anupamaa ka so called udaan which never took off and will never take off. 

But regarding those actors who got terminated most of the actors are saying in interviews that old male lead had attitude problem so in my opinion not everyone can be wrong or has an agenda 🤔
