70% of the epi toh mujhe samajh hi nahin aa raha tha kahaan se aa jaa rahe hain....lol everyone flipped suddenly in one epi - Mehreen, Suleiman, Dawood....Suleiman ka sudden change of heart when he was literally fixing Shibra ki shaadi with Farhad last epi....lol makers khud bhool gaye.

And I still kept thinking woh Shibra-Shahmeer ka first night sequence will be a dream till the very end but woh reality nikla....it was all just feeling too sudden and woh transition nahin aaya into shaadi and post shaadi vibe. Only notable thing was that they suddenly gave Shibra a good haircut and clothes post shaadi

Saving grace of the epi was the gaaon waali shaadi in end....usmein they got Shibra-Shahmeer ka vibe right and it was very sweetly shot and enacted. But woh toh stand-alone watch hi hoga....rest of the story has been rushed too much suddenly.....lol

I guess they mellowed Shahmeer about his father to basically get 2-3 epis of this drama where Shahmeer will be shown defending him and the party politically and that will lead to some seperation/conflict with Shibra probably. And then end mein kisi ek ko maar ke kaam khatam....lol sirf story drag karne ke liye suddenly end mein Shahmeer is like some bhola lamb who thinks his father is a saint cuz woh shaadi ko maan gaya....ok chalo yeh bhi kar lo....better than some lame cheating twist to drag I guess.

Hahaha bhai I can imagine kitna hi disjointed hoga jab aap bhi keh rahe ho..but funny baat yeh hai ke aaj toh fandom is over the moon unhe koi galti nahi dikh rahi Caz aaj unhe shaaadi and thoda romance mil gaya aaj ussi Dada ke paoon chum rahi thi jinko 2 din pehle gaaliyaan de rahi thi ke he fulfilled all our dreams...

But yeh log udaas kyon lag rahe hain in their honeymoon mode eso shahmeer uske muh pe bhi baara hi bade huye Hain..shibra didi ka toh muh hi aisa ha I would have expected him to be glowing and happy yeh toh shaadi ke baad bhi sadmay main hi lag raha hai..and bhai inse better toh woh suki ka hi tha dhaadi function inko jaldi main niptabdia jahan behan tak nahi dikhi kahi bhi..ek scene main woh aunty was listening to music on TV and next yeh Dulhan bane bhaithi thi so confusing..

Woh end wala looks cute in the gifs and thanks to your gifs mujhe bhi dekhne ko mil gaya wahan I do like that rooted sa feel kamse Kam woh ek traditional feel to aa raha hai but again shahmeer being in his gaoon woth his people.. precap bhi super dull and confusing hi hai ab bas maarne ke liye suddenly he is doing speeches ... as you saidnthe transition isn't seamless

You finally Got the chance to mix this song but thank you it is a beautiful edit..definitely way better to watch this than the actual episodes lamse feel toh sahi aaya and smile bhi..lovely 😃 awww woh bhallay being such an excited barati ek dum cute.. and inke moments bhi ache se dikhaye yahan with her being under the ghoonghat and his smiles are adorable..

Haha thanks yaar....haan finally I got a chance to mix this song and I literally made it in like 10 minutes cuz kuch khaas edit hi nahin karna padaa.....the duration of the shaadi sequence was nearly exactly that of the song toh maine bas song chipka diya and didn't edit/move any of the clips....and somehow it worked for most of the scenes so I let it be.....bas ek random new coloring try ki, that's about it

But yeah I felt the song really fit this sequence....woh simple gaaon ka feel, their smiles, the happy baraatis milling around....probably the sweetest shot wedding I've ever seen in a Pak show.

Waise in the epi, they added a new verse of Tera Mera Hai Pyar Amar....did you notice? I liked that one also....captured that feel of Shahmeer's long held dream finally coming true....lyrics sweet the

LOL yeh mujhe epi dekhne ke thodi baar realize hua ki hain shaadi mein toh Suki tak nahin thi? But wohi baat hai na ki first shaadi ka ceremony they didn't even show....direct first night ka scene dikha diya and yeh gaaon waali toh second shaadi they did just to indulge the real FB...basically doston ke saamne ki dusri shaadi while they were on their honeymoon trip to his mom's ancestral village.....first shaadi probably had all of Shibra ki family but we just weren't shown that actual ceremony in the epi to cover up

Woh Shibra ki dost ko toh I think pehle hi phase out kar diya probably cuz of them cutting out some stuff and then shaadi ke shoot ke time tak woh actors probably available bhi nahin honge.....lol

LOL haan like most of the epi went in me feeling HAIN? ....bahut disconnected feel ho raha tha cuz of how sped up the scenes were happening.....woh toh end mein they put such a heartwarming sequence toh epi wrapped up on a feel good note. I guess these were Sindhi wedding rituals they showed? Bahut cute the....never seen that head bumping one before in any shaadi or even that thaali mein reflection dekhne wala

Now that I've had some time to digest the epi, I tried to break it down bit by bit what was ajeeb....lol so Mehreen ka first scene with Dawood is like she's suddenly feeling bad that they had to take extreme steps to get this result....lol then suddenly 2 seconds later she has a scene with Shahmeer taunting him that she thinks even if he marries her, he will never value her love...lol like DUHH he already told her this way back and then she again maaroed some random dialogue about how she wants to paao rather than haasil karo....isko barely digest karne lage the ki sudden cut again to Dawood scene with depressed Shahmeer and sudden baap beta ILUs happening to each other.....lol I was going WTF over that when suddenly Suleiman popped up.....By god ITNA whiplash and this was all in just the first 5-10 min.....

Beech ke portion mein suddenly Shibra is shown happy and I guess looking forward to the shaadi? lol but then they suddenly cut to the wedding night Shibra-Shahmeer scene so I just couldn't tell for so long if Shibra ka dream hi chal raha hai ki sach mein baat kar rahe hain....lol isliye Shahmeer being so sober in that scene kinda worked cuz as audience hum khud itne whiplash ke baad surreal feel kar rahe the ki yeh ekdum se without showing shaadi scene direct yahaan baat kar rahe hain as a married couple? lol

Even the morning after it felt like we are watching strangers for a bit jab SS came to talk to Dawood about where they want to go on their honeymoon....lol us point ke baad se Shibra ko toh mute hi kar diya for the rest of the epi. Then suddenly beech mein Shahmeer-FB convo....lol like it was funny as a stand alone cuz usmein bhi FB ke dialogues were funny teasing him ki Shibra ko mujhse milva dete toh mujhse pyar ho jaata or something like that.....but LOL then yehi FB and Faraz tagged along for that trip to Shahmeer's ancestral village and wahaan bhi FB ke thode woh satire waale dialogues the about haraam ki zameen ki fasal zyada achhi ug rahi hai....I mean it was all amusing but itna whiplash kar diya tha with sped up shaadi and honeymoon ki kuch register itna ho nahin raha tha.

Only end of the epi with gaaon waali shaadi brought the Shibmeer ka connect back cuz it had that level or interaction between them to make it feel like haan sach mein hui hai shaadi...usmein playful Shahmeer bhi tha rather than the Shahmeer jo apni wedding night pe shock mein lag raha tha like rest of the audience ki yeh ekdum se kaise ho gaya

Dull feel shayad isliye bhi aa raha hai cuz they have suddenly cut off Shahmeer ke woh positive interactions with Shibra ki family....whatever he did in FB mode....ab they are showing him more in his own world with his father/politics and usmein toh shuru se he has been this quiet/sober only....gaaon dikhaate waqt toh khush tha but woh jab halaal/haraam ki kamaai waali baat aayi toh phir darr gaya Shibra se.....I feel Shibra-Shahmeer convos also add more weight to the story....but since the shaadi they are not really showing Shibra saying much so woh post shaadi settling in feel aa nahin raha in new family cuz they are mostly showing them in a montage fashion for this supposed honeymoon period.....lol next epi mein woh political drama pick up hoga tab shayad thoda sense bane is sabka.

Baaki I was also thinking that my disconnect over the whiplash aside, I'm still thankful Mehreen is not a Haya type of vamp or typical ITV waali vamps with their besharmi....lol.....haan planning/plotting kar rahi hai but still the story is not toxic like most Pak and ITV shows.

Ok, just saw next week ka promo dhang se now.....I hadn't noticed pehle that Shibra's mom has a big grin listening to Shahmeer ki press conference waali speech....also just noticed young Zubeida ki photo hanging in the background there....lol

Shibra looks upset by Shahmeer stepping into politics in that convo with his dad so maybe they both had some convo about it where she told him she doesn't want him to get into all this, isliye she looks upset that he's still going ahead with it.

Promo mein baap-beti look upset with Shahmeer ka speech, Shibra's mom is happy, Mehreen looks thoughtful so maybe this is part of some scheme she has hatched with her father.

So basically Yakoob uncle bhi nikaal denge ghar se and then they will try to go see Freeha ki family and get kicked out from there also before returning to the shady hotel and wahaan se Freeha ka arrest....lol shaadi ke baad 1-2 din toh settle ho lete before taking so many pange instantly.....lol
