Delhi's alternate home used to be Raipur, where they had good support. Vizag used to be an alternate home for the other DC - Deccan Chargers, and indeed, there was one year when Deccan Chargers tried to have most of their home games in Vizag b'cos they were struggling at Uppal. I do think the support of Vizag people will be all over the map
