My goodness, at this rate there are more Bollywood stars in politics than ones who aren't.

What exactly are Govinda's credentials outside of dance?

Mostly the credentials are the name they got because of their acting work (and an actor's work is genuine work) or their success in people's mind.

I always liked the fact that SRK acknowledged the work genuine politicians have to do (which he agreed he wouldn't like to do/wouldn't be able to do).

Whichever party one fancies (or none at all), true politicians honest to their profession are hard working people...like any other people dedicated to their work.
