¤ Pari was cheated by Rajeev & his mom with her land

¤ Rajeev married Neeti when he was still married to Pari

¤ After Pari knows the truth she sacrifice her wife rights but PariRaj did not divorce each other

¤ Surrogacy

¤ Neeti's suspicion

¤ Neeti's numerous kaand to kill Pari & baby

¤ Rajneeti divorce

¤ PariRaj remarriage

In this whole scenario PariRaj were married and never got a divorce even when Rajeev was married to Neeti. Which means Pari holds more power & rights on Rajeev. If she did not lodge a complaint against Rajeev as his legal wife for cheating & bigamy even court cannot do anything except for granting them a divorce if Pari is ready for divorce. Rajneeti divorce will be term as illegal so does their marriage furthermore Neeti hide the truth to court during divorce procedure that Rajeev was already a married man when he married her. In every scenario Pari holds the power & rights as Rajeev's first wife. Now the debate comes here with marriage registration. Gurinder got the signature of Pari's father after the marriage for the land under Rajeev's name that can only happen when their marriage is registered because the land belongs to Pari and Rajeev is her husband. As for Rajneeti divorce it was granted because Neeti hides one fact from the court that Rajeev was already a married man and Pari is his first wife if this truth came out than their marriage will be term as illegal and not recognised.

I am happy bigamy issue come out and it will clear a certain issues lets see how Pari tackles it. Rajeev deserves it if the bigamy issue comes out he needs to know what wrong he did cheating both girls

Pari ne maara Madhulika ko thappad Wonder when Neeti Juneja will get the same treatment. It is so irritating that Pari can put every other person in place, expect for her bestie.

When did she hit madhulika?

Also a new sbb segment is out and the lawyer denies to take the case at the last moment...

Now i just hope lawyer parineet bajwa will fight the case!!

Since they can't get lawyer at the very last moment as the opposition party is very much stronger than the bajwa's..

Any lawyer would be scared of taking the case against madhulika..

Saw the new sbs segment..pari and monty tried to hire a new lawyer but none of them was ready..then she saw a atrangi lawyer who was wearing a saree and a wig (but was a man) and was making reel..

And he agreed to fight rajiv's case but during the hearing he was not able to speak anything..

I don't know how they are going to win this case🙂

I have seen a similar situation in a movie. The accused's mom hires a goofy lawyer because no one else was ready to fight the case on their behalf. But the lawyer lacked confidence and could not speak in court. Then, he motivates the mom to fight the case herself, giving all the necessary legal advices. May be something similar will happen here too.
