He said ki when they called he agreed that he is in talk..
So it was like ki he was in talk with jhalak but still he didn't get confirmation so he didn't inform so uska plan tha ki jaise hi use comfirmation mil jayegi he will leave anupma,and it was very wrong kyunki paras ne apna sab toh thik se plan kar liye but not once he thought ki he should inform about these talks of him to production so that his sudden leaving won't affect the show...
At first why he did he get in talks with rival show's channel when their contract clearly mention not to sign any rival channel's show toh even getting in talks is breach..after knowing ki vo rival channel ka show nhi kar sakta toh fir why he indulged in talks abd veryone knew ki jia manek was replaced over-night for this from than trp topper show,at that time toh yrh clause nhi tha fir bhi,she was free to sign its that channel forced her to give up and she didn't bent toh bhi channel be utha ke bahar fenk diya tha after that star ke actors had to sign in clause ki vo rival channel ke shows nhi karenge..
Even actor's personal collabrations are controlled by production and channel while they work with them so that it didn't affect theur show and story and actor's image,uske liye ek proper way of approach hai which actors and managers follow and its necessary also for smooth working but if someone can't respect that and term their boss at fault,its luaghable...
He wants to safe on both side,that if he got jhalak he will leave anupma and if he won't he will keep everything under wraps and will continue with his role as samar..
Now rajan is a big producer so he definetely came to know not as he is claiming thorugh article but his inside sources still he confirmed with paras and when paras agreed he had all the right to terminate his contract on urgent basis..
It would be considered as unprofessional behaviour no doubts..
As every working institution had this policy of serving notice period for the same very reason as well as these NOC clause from prev employers while you are going for anothter exam or iv as well as character certificate from your prev bose should be represented to your new working place mentioning your work ethics..

Is iv ne toh mera doubt bilkul hi clear kar diya ki paras was in wrong becoz meine toh sirf reason hi padha tha uske termination ka..
