What the OG OP told me is that everyone was called to the sets after they got ready. Everyone was there except Shez and Prat. So, one of the crew member went to call them. They were eating. The crew member said, 'aap logo ka jo hai jaldi karlo for niche aa jao sab ko bulaya hai.' Shez took it the wrong way and got super pissed. He misbehaved with the crew person, Yk gali and all, and so on. Prat immediately went down to the rest of the crew, but Shez didn't come. He arrived 20 minutes late and started shouting, threatening the directors that they would lose their jobs. He basically demanded that from tomorrow onwards, ' Ya toh kal se vo kaam pe aayga ya toh yeh log' And every day, he made all the crew and cast wait for 30 minutes, whether it was Sam or someone else.

For Prat, all I got to know is that she wasn't a troublemaker. She was sweet, but lately, Shez used to teach her things. Not saying she is a small toddler, but you know, like those dumb girls who just nod their heads to everything their toxic boyfriend says. That's the kind of thing I got from OP. Basically, to sum it up, Shez thought he is the main lead, so nobody can touch him. Success got to his head.

The only thing I'm confused about in this incident is whether this was the last straw ya koi aur chu***** Kiya hai isne.

And I clearly remember Shez's words. He said he did a lot of hard work for the audience, like so many scenes, many hours, so it's the audience's job to give them TRP. His way of saying it was very icky to me. I think I mentioned it here too. On the cake-cutting day, I also made fun of Shahi, saying he keeps talking about his dying show Bkas, but not about yrkkh. Now it clicks because he seems so done with all this

Was the plan only to drop Pratiksha to begin with ? She was not showing any improvement even after four months and was providing more fodder to meme makers than anyone else. They had issues with Shehzada and had been repeatedly warning him. Given he was showing improvement as an actor and his pairing with Samridhhii was appreciated, they might have thought they’d be able to make him toe the line, particularly with Pratiksha out of the scene. However last week’s incident was the tipping point that sealed Shehzada’s fate too. You don’t challenge the authority of the director and give an ultimatum to the PH asking them to choose between the crew and you. If people were making snide remarks, it was your own behaviour that was feeding their lack of respect for you as professionals. That is how the world works!

According to what info got, it's not about acting at all. It's only about behaviour. He's unprofessional from the start itself. It's not because of Pratiksha's acting. If Pratiksha's acting is only problem, they could have closed her track by somehow or the other or given her less ss.

It was Shehzada's behaviour which led to this. His attitude is like either I or you should remain in the show. I can't work in the place you are working sort of spat with the director and AD. Pratiksha have no role in it either with acting or with her behaviour.

If needed, RS would have given her some time.

Heard she was given a personal AD (kind of special treatment) and whenever the AD asked her to improve or gave his feedback she used to get upset quickly and sheh used to get angry and react
