Please do not think whether I have any problem with Diljeet or with Diljeet-Sahiba (I only meant that you cannot put a stamp on anything that the makers will not do it, they can show it whatever they want. ). In og she asks him to be dad not because she needs help but because he saved the child and held him before her. She was in icu after delivery.

In fact they explain it all in og. Idhar pata nahi lekin udhar se explanation dhoond lo agar dikhaye nahi. Revision hai issiliye Ganja summarise karke dikha raha.

That is definitely her child. If you have any doubt still, look at the ending with Angad and the kid parallely.
