Isn’t Ani’s father a lawyer? Famous enough to get family out of poverty to current state of riches. Doesn’t he know that the marriage is very much legal as it’s performed in front of witnesses & there is proof in form of pictures. Shouldn’t he insist on divorce or annulment rather than going along some stupidity like reversal of marriage? Typical Ani style, Ani is letting it happen as he knows this ritual doesn’t mean anything other than the pleasing idiots in his home. He is still claim to be married to Jhanak if he wants.

Anis dadi calls herself sanskari, religious lady who doesn’t think twice destroying symbols signifying well being of her grandson. Any grandma who loves her grandson will not even like to see it in her dream forget doing it herself

So what about that white Saree, breaking bangles, wiping sindoor at home with a pujari? Was that only for BTS?
