Her sacrifice is unnecessary. Her sacrifice would have make sense if both neisha love each other and she realised that it's time for her to step back or at least in her monologue she would have consider neil's future that Neil also need a girl who keeps him happy. She was all about Neil isha ka khayal rakhega....as if neil is some caretaker of people.
