Smriti Mandhana, Royal Challengers Bangalore captain: A tough loss to take. The way we were batting, the way Richa was going, it was a brilliant innings. Shreyanka's last over was brilliant as well. It was amazing to watch. She (Shreyanka) had a niggle, not that she was dropped. There was no choice of dropping someone of her quality. Were a tough, few days for her. Really happy for her. (On having a new opening partner) Does not change the way I want to bat. Would have loved to play (a bit longer tonight). (On Ghosh) We have seen a lot of Richa, even in the last season of WPL. Perry was going well, unfortunately she got run out. The way Richa batted, held her nerve, the game could have gone anywhere off the last ball. (Message to the team) We played good cricket. one run does not make us a bad team. We bowled to our plans and it was good to restrict them to 180. The way the middle order stepped up, it was nice to watch. Will just tell the girls to keep their heads held high and come back stronger (day after).

Phew. What.A.Game. DCW with this win have reached the playoffs and are top of the table. Smriti went early but Molineux who came out to open tonight and Perry strung a stand together. Perry was dropped by Capsey but the running between the pair was always dodgy and that resulted in Perry's run-out. Molineux went next and another stand between Devine and Richa Ghosh took RCBW closer. But after the timeout Devine went and it was left to Richa to do it all on her own. 17 off the last over and she struck two biggies to bring the equation down to 2 off 1. And then the heartbreak happened. Richa was struggling for energy all through the last over and was breathing heavily. Was slow to get off the blocks and was caught just short. A topsy-turvy game and it went down to the last ball. A thriller of a finish and what advertisement for the WPL and women's cricket. More power to them

Meg Lanning | DCW captain: That's way too stressful. Thankfully tonight we are on the right side. I'm a lot calmer on the outside than on the inside. Even the couple of ones we lost, did not nail the big moments but tonight we did and were happy with the win. We laid a really good platform, we felt the score at the halfway mark was good. If we bowled well and took our chances, we knew we could win. Our bowlers did a great job. conditions and matchups and that's what we felt was best for the game. When you get set batters here, it's tough to stop them

Jemimah Rodrigues, Player of the Match: Good we have two days to recover from this. We have played three last-ball games and it is a blessing this went in our favour. The only talk we were having throughout the time-outs was to stick at it, and everything else would fall into place: thinking about the next ball and not thinking too far ahead. After losing against UP, I, for some reason, I felt it was going to work out for our good. If we get into such a situation in a semi or a final, we will know what to do. (On the strokes she played) Tonight the pitch was slower (than the other day) and was lower too. I was aware of it. even if I look ugly, I wanted to score runs. At the end, me coming and getting this POTM award is nice but tonight, it was a complete team effort. Glad that it went in our favour. (On Richa Ghosh) I feel for her, even though I am happy for the win. Only the WPL could have given this sort of exposure. I told her that this experience, it will help you in the World Cup, and you might help us win the World Cup
