Tbh nothing happens like precap. The whole Angad in chains and assumed Sahiba kidnapped him did not happen.

My guess is Sahiba goes to hospital because she gets injured and realizes she is pregnant. Precap symbolizes that.

But Saheba is alone, may be a potential memory loss & she comes to know that she is pregnant.

What was the point of bringing pregnancy now ? I guess there would be a leap too.

The way their precaps are, it could be after papa mile, it could be before papa mile, it could be papa milkar kho gaye.

Haan leap zaroor. Pregnant matlab leap. Angad will hence he won't search till he meets kid few years later. Sahiba won't forget, how will she forget whose baby she is delivering and raising.
