Exactly. It’s so fresh and everyone knows it. What’s the point in a remake anyway 😂 And who will watch it when there’s a season 2 with the originals coming

I hope after TB2,wahaj and yumna take up something different. Something related to social issue or something that has nothing to do with marriage, married life, love triangles etc... ptv is currently filled with such shows, it's quite repetitive now..

I wanna watch them in good shows they used to take up like dnutun, bhaktawar,pukar, ij, jbg etc..

There will be lot of changes to suit ITV..can't show cousin marriage so they can't be related to etc...it won't be same... TB worked only coz of yumhaj else it story wise we have seen it all in ITV

Nowadays trp is big factor unless u r making finite drama...they end drama in 3 months too if low trp so there are lot of things

Ekta is good with lead pairing...she created iconic pairing be it Sujal kasish...hiten gauri.. mihir Tulsi etc so let's see if she can pull it off

Majority Indians have already watched TB so to make them watch remake will be challenging

Actually, ekta's shows are doing bad. Infact itv itself is doing bad..She is waiting for that one hit like yeh hai mohabbatein to revive her Balaji telefilms...

Ekta could still get a hit if she could come up with a good concept like she did during yhm..i don't understand why would she want to make itv version TB as most of the viewers were pakistanis and us Indians...She won't gain much out of it..

She must be

1. really desperate

2. Losing professional integrity

PTV has become like ITV...same triangle rectangle...hardly good scripts without these

That's why many moved OTT...at least u get different stories

I left watching ITV long back so no way going to watch remake so have no issues with remake as it makes no difference...will watch only if they can get yumhaj on board

Ekta used to get good pairing I agree. But, her hair pairings are also from the previous gen actors..be it rajiv-amna, hiten gauri, anurag prerna etc.. even her most recent hit pairs divyanka-karan and mouni Arjun were from 2000s. If you observe, she ain't bringing those kinda iconic pairs now..not just her, even gul who created pairs like maan-geet, khushi-arnav,asad-zoya and the most recent nakul -surbhi are all past 27-28 ,some are in their 30s.. She couldn't make iconic pairs with current gen. It's mainly bcoz we don't have good actors in current gen...

I really want to see Yumhaj in a comedy romantic Drama as both have best comic timings. Just assume Mehjabeen and Basim crossover they will kill it
