I don't get it.

Story-wise TB is mish-mash of so many ITV shows and tropes. What made TB such a sensation were Yumhaj, unki incredible performance and their natural chemistry. Siraj's frames just amplified it all. How will EK replicate this? Without this, it will just be like another ITV show. Aisa show toh EK without rights bhi bana sakti thi.

Wouldn't it be better if Kaddu had sold rights to air the original TB on an Indian channel? This would've created more hype for s2 also.

I hope it's just a rumour.Like you said this show became famous only because of the sizzling chemistry and siraj's direction..ITV with 3000+ episodes formats🤣 won't work for this show as it doesn't have a well made storyline.

Secondly, ITV doesn't have any good actor and actresses currently,who can create such sizzling chemistry.. Actors like Barun, gurmeet etc have quit itv. Vivian is in a bad shape and won't really suit a feudal lord role. Harshad seems to have lost his acting ability after yrkkh.. The only actresses who could pull off meerab without making people dislike her were Jenny/drashti/ Sanaya..But, they are super choosy and moved to OTT..

Current generation actors doesn't have the star value like the above mentioned ones and they don't have it in to pull it off.. Show will fail miserably..
