I think the video is cringeworthy for being try-hard and failed delivery, not the flirting.

I may be in the minority, but I do not think it is cringe or problematic for married people to joke like this. This is clearly a scripted awards show gag. I actually think it is ok for married people to flirt as long as both partners are on the same page and know their boundaries.
