Don't know but Madhuri di and @Sutapasima were Viewbies when i joined I-F and it took them this long to become mods even after being suuch active viewbies so it must take time to become a mod i guess

Yuvika can easily take back 25% shares without any drama and for DB the writters can come up with some explanation like his medical issue messed with his brain causing a change in his personality so now we would get DB 2.0 who is rude and impartial towards people
