imo - there must be few more such patient knocks from Dravid and VVS though not high scoring as the one by Sachin you mentioned . Knowing that there is a growing trend and popularity of T20s and ODIs what was the point in keeping 5 test series ? But despite that Australia is winning consistently in tests. So if you are put into the test cricket you have to play it like a test. One has to adjust to the situation. Given that Pujara and Rahane are out of tests because of poor form, they should pick up and groom Ranji trophy stars like they picked Patidar and sarfaraj now based on their ranji performance.
