Yes this can definitely happen. I just meant, Zaid missing MJ and Ayra seeing it, I don't think that's a possibility at all. Ideally it would be really good if there was no SA angle but due to other reasons Zaid moved out with Ayra. Then because he had a development with MJ when he was in that house, he is missing her now and loves her. Ayra realises this and even Zaid (If Zaid & MJ are endgame, this would be more apt than this guilt ridden actions)

So many ways could have been better than what we will actually get.

I think the writer forced the SA thing to

1. Force Zaid Ayra apart. Only a huge thing could have done it so the writer went with something like SA. And it had to be something that would put the decision in Ayra’s hands and not Zaid’s. Writer has to make him guilty for bringing that girl in his family. It’s just how the writer is choosing to blame him. As usual it’s just a pathetic plot device, nothing else. Because of this if Ayra leaves him, Zaid will be powerless to stop her because it kind of IS his fault. They just added the “Agar” bit to really bring it home that Ayra just can’t trust him anymore and he’s not strong enough to protect her or stand up for her. So there’s that

2. Defeating Zaid’s Mein. How many times has this guy gone to Ayra’s house to beg her, convince her, pester her. I’ve lost count. His favorite spot is outside Ayra’s door lol. And how many times has Ayra rejected him? At least a thousand times lol. I’ve seen her close her door at him about a bajillion but yet he persisted in going after her. Now when he FINALLY accepts her decision and his defeat, that will be him letting go of his Mein. Letting Ayra finally go because that’s what she wants. The rest of the drama he never let her go when she wanted to go. He was outside her door every opportunity he got. This time he will respect her decision for real.

3. Rayyan being the assaulter brings MJ into the mix. I’m still unsure why it HAD to be Rayyan but I feel the writer made him the culprit to make MJ squirm and to bring back her insecurities about her marriage and Zaid’s trust issues with her. At first I thought it was to maybe give her a shining moment to stand by Ayra but clearly the writer is not interested in her growth and redemption. So by making Rayyan the culprit, it was to make MJ uncomfortable about her marriage future and to push her towards her Khulla decision

I also wish , after seeing this behavior of his, what the turning point is for MJ to suddenly love this man. Other than him being in her Nikkah. I never understood it. She always said she valued loyalty above everything else and that’s the one thing Zaid never gave her

Seeing this reel, feels like she should really make him sign those papers & leave. If he refuses to, she should anyway leave & go back to Jaffar's house. But for some reason I am still unsure what the ending would be

Ayeza’s real strength is in nuances not the shouting and yelling. So.. I’ll have to say she was hard to take during the first half for sure.

Likewise, I feel Azeekah does better in the angst and pain scenes than the normal day to day. That woman can cry omg - and not look bad doing it. Maybe that’s why she was hired because Ayra does a lot of that lol. But yes voice modulation is needed. That drawl gets to you at times

I even felt Badar didn’t make the most of focusing on Zaid’s expressions so yes Wahaj performed but it left no impact on me. Because his scenes are not well shot. The only scene that comes to mind where I felt his impact as an actor was the one with Asif where Asif disowns him - that’s it. And that’s a big problem because we know Wahaj can act.

The only people who have given CONSISTENT good performances have been Asif, Ijaz Aslam as Ayras brother and her bhabhi. That’s it

I definitely think this is after Ayra tells him they can’t be together. After he comes back from her place.

I think just logically this sequence makes sense. Him punishing Rayyan and giving everyone a piece of his mind —> goes to Ayras place to apologise and inform her that he punished her wrong doer, and wants her to come back to him —> she refuses to go back to that house and decides it better to part ways because his family will always bring her trauma —-> he accepts her decision —-> Goes back home and the bar scene all sad and depressed —-> MJ comes and drops this other bomb on him about the Khulla —-> he realizes how much he’s wronged her too —-> asks for a second chance from her which she accepts

The end. Lol

there will be the kashmala asif scenes in there too in the middle somewhere and scenes of MJ deciding about the Khulla and convincing her dad it’s the right thing to do.

Yeah I don’t think there’s a lot of time for Zaid to leave the house. Ayra will probably save him from going through that again for her. Amicable separation.

And too less time for Zaid to make individual confrontations which is why the dinner party scene will just be an extended scene where he confronts them all collectively. Because everyone is complicit - one way or the other.

Zaid’s fury will also set MJ’s plans in motion - maybe thinking that this is the final straw for her marriage. Because her brother literally assaulted Zaid’s sister AND wife. So like… what are the chances right lol (If they’re endgame btw, this question still stands lol. How will Zaid and Kashmala get over the fact that Rayyan is MJ’s brother - I guess they won’t be having any family gatherings lol).

Plus I think Badar will make a lot of scenes slow mo and OTT with his thriller music and suspense 😂 It’ll mostly be just closures to the characters and dynamics - bare minimum I’m afraid. And just the important ones. Most of the confrontation will be the dinner party scene. Just a hunch. I don’t see this drama dealing with Jaffers parenting issues lol. I feel they’ll hardly touch on Asif’s - it’s obvious his punishment is just going to be Kashmala’s divorce and relationship with his kids ruined - idk if that satisfies me enough but that’s what we are gonna get.

Many of MJ’s scene in the first half legit gave me a headache. Too much man. There’s a scene where she’s shouting and wringing her finger and it just makes me dizzy 😂 Maybe the expressions and volume wasn’t well balanced when it could have been. You can still act angry without triggering the audience. I remember something haute was divided on this too. Because people were complaining. Hassan thought it was OTT and I think Amina thought it was fine. So yeah subjective, but it wasn’t widely enjoyed. It also didn’t help that most of her lines were “Main pagal hoon!”. So a script problem also for sure. Ayeza started getting more praise around the second marriage time when she had mellowed MJ down. For me personally, her best scenes have been post second marriage.

Another thing that’s actually so weird is that between Azeekah and Wahaj, Wahaj is obviously the better actor. But more scenes of Azeekah have ended up being impactful JUST because she had a better written character and because she had actual lines which were meaningful. I remember how good she was in that scene where Zaid finds out about the goons and comes to her house. Her defeat and misery were so palpable and the way she blamed herself for loving him. It was heart breaking. Then the whole hospital sequence where she lashes out at Zaid and he comforts her. Azeekah is good in the angst and painful scenes. I remember the Kya Drama Hai folks didn’t rate Ayeza that week but Azeekah and they liked her too. That was her big moment. I also really liked her first scene with Rayyan. The way she burns him was amazing to see. So … better lines and better scenes made her more impactful. Chemistry is subjective again but I did find her post marriage scenes with Wahaj cute. I find both pairings okay actually. Nothing amazing but good enough to enjoy 👍

Wahaj , despite being outstanding, barely got anything. It’s baffling. Most of his scenes have been either in the car or outside Ayra’s house/door 😂 Bus Badar just puts the OST in the background and Ta-da !!! I liked his clash scenes with MJ and his confrontations with Asif but they all got repetitive pretty fast. The script was weak. He was so so underutilized. We also never get his perspective because MJ talks to her dad about her issues, Ayra has her bhabhi and Bhai but Zaid has no third party to tell his thoughts to. He’s an enigma lol. The writer just kind of forgot about him in the last third and he’s just recently come out of hibernation lol. His sleep mode makes sense narratively too because the writer purposefully kept him in the background so everything that had to happen to Ayra could happen and THEN he could finally wake up when things got out of hand 😂😂😂

idk I can’t even blame the writer at this point because Wahaj signed this project himself so who else is to blame but him 🤦🏻‍♀️ Ayeza and Azeekah are fully justified in signing this. They have good screen time and focus in the script

I really hope badar gives a monologue to zaid in the last episode to sum up his thoughts related to all these events that took place in his life

Also we were thinking that mj hurt his mein by rejecting him that's why he was salty and ignored her post her marriage...but ayra rejected him 100 times still he would go back to her which means all our theories of zaid liking mj before were useless, he never had feelings for her
