What in the world will Sanjana do at Amruta’s engagement ceremony? This is mainly to set the ground for breakage of Amruta-Gautam alliance.

No, she feels sorry it came out. Tabhi story wala spoiler woh deny karti hai because she didn't tell. Precap mein they are talking openly to each other so we can assume Aaji ne sun liya aur bomb phorne wali hai all because of Babita's taunts. I said it earlier fight ho raha dono fam ke beech ek se ek jawab dehte hai, aaj yeh divorce and tom the EMA...aisa kuch hone wala hai.

Amvira is just torn between the differences of both Fam...I can't wait to see that intense scene between the two now

It is supposed to be Makar Sankranti day time festival occasion promo during which Virat's divorce news is out before society members due to Aaji, it may not be during Amruta's engagement.

Just like how Babita invited Sanjana's family to previous night Lohri celebration in society premises, we need to assume Bhavani also invited Gautam's family (oops only his mom) to this society celebration.

(or it can be Jayesh who invited Gautam thru Ishika's planning)

Amruta's upcoming bday & engagement episodes to come up after this weeks MS episodes finish telecast.

Think this reason will be enough. Think they had kept this divorce thing a secret from even the Aroras. Now the news is out (strange as that is) and may be they wont go with ahead Virat-Sanjana wedding.

Sanjana there - True. need not be, though it is MS celebration and not engagement.
