But 90s actresses all got screwed because the direct turning of black to white money meant that a lot of earlier finances were lost. Aishwarya had her Miss India/modelling contracts managing her so she was relatively safe, but the rest all had to manage assets with their partners.

This means all of Kajol's assets are quite mixed in with Ajay's. Not so easy to break apart. The ones who weren't married to stars, like Urmila (who was toted to be the next big thing with acting/dance/looks) all faded away.
