Safety standards are pretty much a joke tbh- everyone does jugaad and attempts to cut costs.

This was in Film City (which is in Goregaon East). There were also two similar incidents in the western part of the same suburb yesterday.... probably a co-incidence, but a bizarre coincidence nevertheless.
