rich or poor doesn’t matter as long as it’s a good fleshed out, well written role for both. And Maya and Wahaj have had great chemistry in Jo Bichar Gaye so I know that won’t be a problem. The Mushq photoshoot was also hot af. They can sell their pairing really well. Also, Maya doesn’t accept a project without reading the entire script lol. So I can count on her even if I can’t count on Wahaj for finishing his read on the whole script.

My only issue with this is Khalil ur Rehman. His views are extremely misogynistic but he’s a super talented writer - his way with words is just amazing. So the end result is usually him framing something really problematic so beautifully that the audience is like wow 👏🤦🏻‍♀️😂 And his male lead characters are always saints to a fault - so don’t expect wahaj to be grey here like zaid. He’s gonna do no wrong lol

I’m most likely going to wait till this one ends - check reviews - and then binge watch like I did Jo Bichar Gaye. Just more rewarding that way I feel. And after the disappointment of Mein, I think it’s best to be cautious before starting anything. But fingers crossed it’s good - Wahaj will get screen time here for sure though. That much is certain lol
