It was her attempt at a joke which failed. I think usually Shaheen writes her speeches for her, and some of her instagram captions. But this wasn’t a good joke and then her bad delivery just sunk it. Maybe Shaheen had the day off

She’s never been a good speaker but this time she was worse than usual. I think she didn’t memorize her speech properly and was trying to remember it on stage which in turn was making her delivery bad and blabbering. Yea no her best moment on stage.

Right..her speak was very ankward to watch she was acting very weird.
