In all possibilities a imposter may use his name.
Suppose he is really coming back it's payback time, that boy saw poverty firsthand. If Abhir survived only he knows what kind of challenges were thrown at him in order to survive.

A guy showing up exactly at Manish-Swarna's location just after Manish gave that IV is very suspicious. If it was really Abhir, they would have released a promo and made it more dramatic. If any day they decide to bring Abhir back, the first one to meet him will be Abhira. And it will be through her they'll bring Abhir to Goenkas.
