If such rich women are so scared to divorce what about common woman?

What about women of middle class where hardly 25% have jobs or paid jobs?

How will middle class or poor class will divorce husbands who hit them if such rich woman acnnot lead the way?

In india(or most of asia you can say) not only a husband hits a woman but from childhood first father hits than brothers hit and abuse than after marraige husbands hit finally sons will hit. Only thing is its all hidden and hushed up never talked in public. But its all hidden behind 4 walls of house rarely it comes out in public

Atleast Neetu and zeenat openly admitted they were hit 95% woman will not openly say and keep quiet because they have to go and live with same husband or father or brother and son all life in same house. Problem is all property is taken by men in their names mostly and mother or sister or wife name has never any property in their name so where can the poor abused woman go and live? If Karishma kapoor never left her hubby for 10 years despite getting abused first day how will middle class leave their hubby? I am talking of Karishma because she earned crores in 10-12 years she was actress so she has no financial constraint like other women actually. So you will assume she will leave hubby faster yet she stayed years and took abuse. If Karishma Kapoor a modern young rich famous no1 catress is scared to divorce hubby imagine other women who have no house no money no parents/sibling support no job or very less salary how they leave hubby house?

Same way woman may work and earn money but their father or husband or son decide how to spend. They will use woman money buy property in mens name in a family. So woman has no powrer as all their money used by men to buy property or on house expenses.

I know women who work in corporate company in very big posts earning lakhs and crores a year being hit by husbands and keeping quiet for years till its unbearable

I also know very educated woman who are single or divorced and living with family who are hit by father or brother from years and yet staying quiet

I also know aged parents above 50 who are hit black and blue by sons at home for simple things like asking food or for talking at home. I know parents who in fear of their sons hitting them at home go and sit in temple or parks full day and go back only at night to sleep at their own home, these are seniors above 50 years. These is not in villages but metro city and the parents are not uneducated they work in big big company in big posts not villagers till they retired or sons become big enough to hit.

From age of 16 only sons start asserting dominance at home over any decision or over family like parents or sisters usually. Why parents keep quiet you may ask? Because parents know after they age only son will provide food and medicines and take care in sickness so they bear abuse quietly at younger ages from sons. Although son does not own the property and lives on parents property or money at younger ages still they can abuse parents because they know in old age only they are there for them to take care. Like USA no government will give free shelter in old age home or free food or medicines and take care of aged in india. So parent keep quiet and take abuse for future. Sisters will keep quiet for same reasons that once they marry and go brother will take care of parents so they too take abuse. Its a vicious cycle actually. And how many police or court have filed FIr or sent son to jail for hitting parents or sister for abusing them? Hardly any. That signal is enough for parents and sisters to keep quiet and take abuse.

Not only aged are abused at home but women too like sisters or daughters and wife and men get away wth everything only because they are worshiped as father or son or husband at home and anything they do is ok(like neetu said). Do we really think that a man who hits his wife has never abused his mom or sister before, all this abuse and dominance starts young. No one starts suddenly getting abusive with a woman his wife after marraige, such men already have started their power dominance before marraige on sisters or cousins and girl friends and sometimes even their own mother. Later they continue this attitudes with wife and daughter.

Its just that a mother or sister will never go out of house and says my son hit me or brother hit me they hide it in name of family respect or that than boys life shall be spoiled name will be spoiled etc. But when a wife comes the abuse comes out in public usually. Because wife will tell her family and the secret gets out that family has hidden for years actually. Its just the man who abuses will reduce or stop abusing mom or sister or GF and target wife later and after wife gets a bit aged daughter may be. Suddenly one fine day after wedding no man becomes abuser it all starts young atleast around me the cases i know i have observed. They observe their grandfather or father or uncles or neighbors hitting and oppressing woman and start doing it at home or outside themselves.Also i have observed mother in law or wife instigate men to hit other women in family. And mothers keep quiet when father or brother hit daughter or sisters too and never oppose as they want their priviliges to be maintained and not get in bad books of hubby or son. Smae thing continues when man hits wife, mom in law keeps quiet, sister keeps quiet or she will not be allowed back in her mayka by brother after marraige if she talks. So everyone has benefits to keep quiet

And i am sure even i USA/Canada/UK such things happen to but there laws are better any wife or sister can just go and file FIR or seek protection and it will be given. Although US/UK too are not that great not all women are safer or not abused but yes government/law will take action or help and its no taboo to divorce an hubby by women
