Why Sushmita Sen didn’t make big in Bollywood?

She is pretty and has all the qualities to be a big heroine in Bollywood. So why her career never went smooth?

She might be interested, but she didn't seem to have that single pointed focus to survive and succeed in cut throat Bollywood.

Her kids, relationships, health...she had too much going on and had a lot to pay attention apart from movies.

She is a very average actress.

Absoluetly stunning though. She looked like a dream in Biwi no 1 and Dilbaar

Terrible actress and dancer. Even D-Pad is Meryl Streep in front of her. Farah Khan is the only one whose been able to present her well. I felt bad for Salman in Biwi No.1 that he had to act with such a "Non-actor".

She's a strong, intelligent woman and an eloquent speaker. Playing the Prototypical Bollywood Bimbo in love just wasn't for her and she realized that fairly quickly.

She was too out there for Bollywood.
