Back then, you probably didn't witness the fans of Preemeer/TaAnu/DMG/IPKKND/PR/MJHT. Even during those times, discussions about off-screen camaraderie were seen but mostly on FB and IF and fans mostly relied on content from SBS. With the rise of more online platforms, fans began expecting actors to share content with their co-stars. The issue primarily arises with few fans who fail to distinguish between the on-screen and off-screen lives of actors, believing they have the right to intrude into their personal space. In the past, fans respected the on-screen presence of actors, and off-screen bonding was considered, but not to the extent seen today. This is why, even if Karan and Hina were also discussed during that time, the absence of many fans on platforms like Insta/X/YT made things different for them. In the past, it was more about TRPs, but now, even online viewership impacts an actor's popularity and majority of the actors promote their ONSCREEN PAIR. Those Gen4 fans i have seen on insta or X/YT are not having issues with lead actor's equation with PL but they are more bothered by the fact that the ML is not promoting Abhira-Armaan.

Arey yaar i am super chilled as i have seen worse than this and yeah i am also watching the tamasha with popcorn .

Who knows aajaye mujhe kya hai. I watch the show for Abhira and i am fine with the show as long as it doesnt turn out like in last gen.
