Not completely though. His biggest issue has always been, he goes to the same person and talks again. Although, he has great diplomatic skills which can be counted in good leadership skills. Isha again in my opinion is another strong headed contestant - negative hi sahi. Ankita used to blast people initially but she has no more spark left. Munna doesn't fight - uski baat me dum nhi lagta. Abhishek doesn't have any sar pair when he fights, all he does is scream. Chintu too had better argumentative skills but he also exceeds that he starts looking negative.

I was about to say about Isha as well. She does have leadership qualities.

The thing about Vicky is that even if he goes to the same person again and again he still manages to hold the upper hand. Till the time BB didn't ruin his game no one dared to question him openly. Uske baad it went downhill.

It still hasn't disappeared. He still have been able to control a lot of contestants and not getting nominated. Contestants were staying away from him intentionally to not look bad even though they wanted to talk to him.
