I think almost everybody preferred Karishma over Hasina. that's why the makers shut down the show because no matter how much they tried, audience refused to prefer Haseena over Karishma.

As for Anubhav, considering the actor's past shows with Sony network, I kind of knew from the beginning that he would be turned negative so I didn't build any hopes

Haseena ka character bhi achha tha but karishma ka charm hi kuch alag level ka hai
daroga ji to bohot dekhe par karishma jaisa nahi dekha
