The timeline of Ghum was weird. Didn't they celebrate their first wedding anniversary in Mahabaleshwar? Samrat is found a year later during that time. And a couple of months later Sai confesses her love. How come she completed her MBBS during that time?

Timeline is never linear in any shows. But after Samrat’s return, there was some time before she graduated. 

They have gobbled many years but that every show does. So
