SRK saved YRF as they were on a declining path back then.

Actually this time, a bigger history has been made because Pathan revived Bollywood and not just YRF.

I am not a fan of the film, but I have to give credit where its due.

Just saw and article reiterating that. Yash Raj Films had been in a slump in 2007 and their last big hit had been Chak De India. Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi became their highest grossing movie ever.
