You're asking the right questions. If you have money in most countries as a foreigner you can buy a place. So even zionists are being let in to buy up a place and mistreat the locals.

Foreigners do open restaurants in India. If it is done lawfully, I do not see where the problem is. Ilegal migration is different.

They may be rich or given money for settling n would be buying as foreigner by paying huge taxes Like billionaires of our country too have homes outside India .

Akshay accepted Canadian citizenship to avoid taxes as he was purchasing lot of properties in Canada. SRK has properties in USA, London, Dubai etc. Ambani's n other businessmen too have.
