I don't know if you'e realized but Preity has cut off a lot of Bollywood behind the scenes and will never associate with them again. There is a reason in that YRF documentary why Veer-Zaara was not mentioned even though it was their best movie of the 00s. That is because of Preity but she pretends everything is fine on Instagram knowing that nostalgic fans eat it up.

Honestly I don't know for sure. I think Preity felt angry no one came to help her when she was in an abusive relationship with Ness. I have heard he was hitting her publicly, and they were struggling a lot but not one of the actually powerful Bollywood fraternity bothered to help her.

Probably why she only associates with the older actresses these days and not with the head honchos.

I know Rani getting together with Adi was also why Veer-Zaara was deliberately not mentioned in the YRF thingy, knowing the pictures from the premiere would make them look so bad. But Preity is on decent terms with Rani, especially post motherhood.

I replied to Maroon but she was hurt that Bollywood did not even bother to ask her if she was okay when she was in some seriously abusive (alleged) relationships. They knew she was suffering but pretended that everything was normal. She only keeps in touch with the actresses.

I feel she is angry at Karan Johar for some reason. I had a feeling that something happened that she suddenly disappeared. It is very sad to hear she went through physical abuse and then no one called her to see if she is doing okay. But this is Bollywood and no one really cares. She was with her ex way too long, The guy's mother never acknowledged Preity and that was a big red flag because he was very close to his mother.

In her instagram, she made a post about anniversary of KHNH and she thanked Yash Johar and thats about it. I feel something more did happened. She out of no where disappeared, but she never liked Bollywood Industry, in one interview she said if you are good in studies, focus on that. Bollywood is not that glamour and its a lot of work.
