Jaya (when not being angry or shouting  in parliament) is very articulate and has a great command over the language and actually used to make a lot of sense, unfortunately being in politics kind of screws you

As for her eye brow, sometimes they become very thin as people age, so I guess she tried to draw a totally new brow which ended up looking artificial
