The need for misunderstandings and drama in romantic stories like BKAS are requirements because they help bring the ML and FL closer together and it also allows viewers to witness new layers of the characters as well as their transformation. No one expects for this serial to give romance without providing drama and misunderstandings. It’s a given that romance and drama are a package deal. However, usually by this point in a story regardless of what drama arises, the viewers or audience can still be seen eagerly anticipating the day when the ML and FL will fall in love. Although the characters may experience misunderstandings or highs and lows, the viewers should always remain consistent with their hope for the FL and ML to get together. Unfortunately, with this serial, that’s not happening. KuVan ultimately seems like a very bad idea. The hope is that Vandu will never fall for Kunal and it would have been applauded if she wouldn’t have married him at all. The new addition of a love triangle is not to blame for what’s hindering viewers to root for KuVan, but rather the problem resides in Kunal’s character development. He’s inconsistent.

Yes! Writers should allow the Kunal we fell in love with during pre-wedding rituals to peak through occasionally. Instead it all seems as if his actions were fake instead of genuine. He quickly changed from being a monster to lover boy and now back to a monster.

I wish writers would have shown Kunal giving the disclaimer to Vandu before the wedding out of fear of falling in love again but the speech made him seem bipolar, inconsistent and as if all the feelings and care shown toward Vandu were fake quite similar to Vaibhav’s fake love for Vandu. It appears as if he lead her on those 3 or 4 days. I would have appreciated seeing Kunal wrestle internally with fear of falling in love again and the conversation being his way of forcing himself to draw away from Vandu. This can be interpreted but it didn’t come across this way for viewers on screen. Kunal appears as fake as the flower he gave Vandu on the day of his arrival from London.

I want to like Kunal and I want to root for KuVan but the writers won’t allow me. 😂

I don’t think anyone can fall again with kunal as viewer I end up with wedding track and that’s good for my health too 😀

I still can’t understand why they gave the marriage track for kunal and vandana because it’s pointless because kunal married to vandana because of Tara’s custody now already Tara’s parents are together and I don’t think kunal needs vandana anymore. And the story is mess with Sonia ☹️☹️☹️☹️ I think writer forget the reason he f the kuvan marriage definitely 😂😂😂😂😂

What's difference between Vaibhav n Kunal. R not they same.

To me, Vaibhav and Kunal are just alike…

- They both used Vandu to get what they wanted. Kunal used Vandu for Tara’s custody supposedly and Vaibhav used Vandu for money.

- They both left her on the wedding day for another woman and didn’t complete post wedding ritual.

- No respect for their marriage to Vandu.

- They do not love Vandu.

- They both showed fake concern and care for Vandu prior to wedding in order to get her to go through with it when she expressed hesitation.

- They do not have her best interest at heart.
- They are liars.
- They don’t see Vandu for who she truly is… her value and her worth.
- They feel threatened by strong, capable women.

- They have big egos.
- Belittles Vandu often and tries to dominate over her.
- They lack empathy.

This is why I think #KuVan circling the internet/social media is ridiculous. Vaibhav and Kunal both treat Vandu the same way. Writers should have showed a contrast between the two men but Kunal replicated Vaibhav’s actions.
