No one can say for sure if he mean’t to actually hit her but bohat aggressive toh tha and ankita dar bhi gaeyi thi aur uska body language se lag raha tha ke shayad she’s used to this so it does look bad.
In any case whether he was actually gonna hit or not it was an aggressive action showing signs of toxicity and a problematic behavior.
Not a good look for Vicky at all imo
