I did but only up to the song sequence. Will watch rest later.

Up to that point Vishwa’s plan backfired as even though Agastya is looking angry waiting on the balcony on seeing Vishwa drop Imlie home after sketching the photo of kaki ma, he acts all cool saying he doesn’t need to interfere in the work of a policeman.

Then Imlie’s plan to reunite Agastya and Dadi doesn’t go to plan either after getting them a little tipsy but stopped watching at the point.

As for the song sequence it was for the bachelorette party with Imlie in purple saree and Manu dressed up Salman Khan! You know the song😉. However tipsy Agastya takes over from her to dance with Imlie!!

Nothing much in today’s episode.

It starts with Agasthya looking for Imlie at home and trying to call her. But Vishwa has switched off her phone. Imlie is at the police station helping with kakima’s skerch. And Vishwa asking some random questions. Imlie is all emotional and starts crying when Vishwa calls Agasthya. Agasthya overhears Vishwa consoling Imlie (as shown in the precap)

Vishwa drops Imlie home in his car. Agasthya sees this. Vishwa is happy thinking that this is the first daraar in the relationship. Imlie goes to their room and gives an explanation to Agasthya. But Agasthya is chill and is unbothered by the whole thing. Imlie on the other hand is upset that Agasthya wasn’t worried for her.

Next scene is the bachelorette party. The men in the house are left out. Imlie is dancing to Didi tera devar deewana with Bua dressed as Agasthya. The men are watching from up. Sonali and Chutki sneakingly serve alcohol to Daadi and Agasthya. Agasthya gets drunk and comes down to dance with Imlie. The girls try to get a drunk Daadi and Agasthya talking.

In his drunken state Agasthya praises Daadi but says that she was wrong today. She should let Imlie work at the factory. Why should Imlie be forbidden while Sonali wasn’t. Daadi on the other hand felt how Sonali’s marital life was affected because she was strong, independent and working. Imlie and Sonali agrued that the personal problems were due to Amrit and not because the way Daadi made her children independent. Basically the whole drunken discussion was about Imlie and Sonali working and managing their house. This will be continued in tomorrow’s episode.

Precap: Agasthya is carrying Imlie in his arms, walking up the stairs and saying that she is his wife, partner. Imlie cuts his words that its only for 19 more days

Episode discussion aside but let me be selfish for a little. That didi Tera devar deewana sequence was so good. It was flirty ,teasing ,wholesome family vibes . Always wanted to see Sai in a sequence like that not to mention he was looking extremely dapper .

After first episode yeh Hai reshmi zulfon , this is going to be my second most favorite song sequence

Really L move by Vishwa. Why can't he focus on getting revenge on this family by hurting their business. Why interfere in his personal life. These scheming things are a real low blow.

Lucky for Agastya and Imlie, they aren't there yet in terms of feelings for each other. In a way Agastya tried to show he's not impacted because their relationship isn't real so he really has no right to decide who she meets etc. I'm sure it did pinch him to hear and then see her with Vishwa.

The bachelorette sequence ka song felt so off. There's no Didi no devar. If this song was performed by Bulbul and Karan it made sense but not on Agastya Imlie. But this is one of my most favorite movies so I think I will rewatch this movie now.

It was nice to see the reason why Dadi said no for giving Imlie the job. She feels responsible for making Sonali independent and have her focus so much on the business that it broke her marriage. I can see where she's coming from. It's good Imlie and Agastya and Sonali explained to her that Sonali is strong and her independence allowed her to decide to move on so quickly after such a huge betrayal.

Though slightly preachy but valid points made in terms of social messaging. Gul let Sai go to the gym instead of making Agastya carry Imlie all the time even when he's drunk. The more you do these scenes the more they lose their novelty factor.

Also, I'm in really good mood seeing him finally go to eat ice cream with his friends. Must have been so bored roz set to home, home to set so this was a nice chance. Long walk at night and blue berry 🍨

It was well shot and everything but the lyrics didn't match their situation which kind of made me not like it overall.

For me the most fav was the yeh raat bheegi bheegi and akele akele kahan ja rahe ho ❤️
