Dressing sense doesn't correspond to indulging in kitchen politics , cooking , cleaning , looking pretty all the time . Countless women who dress up daily for meetings , students in top colleges who dress smartly aren't indulging in any sort of kitchen politics....lol.

Abhira isn't the only human who happens to be a college going student lol.....she is an adult and like other people of her age she atleast should have some dressing sense , for her own good.

People are often uncomfortable in a certain kind of attire, either because they haven't tried it before or they don't like it much.

People are often uncomfortable in a certain kind of attire, either because they haven't tried it before or they don't like it much , hence they wear it thoughtfully as it may lead to a wardrobe malfunction which is ultimately not in their best interest.

I don't want to comment on right and wrong. But Abhira could have avoided the wardrobe malfunction (to some extent) if she had agreed when Ruhi offers her to help.

Abhira gave a pin from saree to one of the cousins as her blouse got ripped and that’s the most probable cause of her wardrobe malfunction, not her ineptitude in draping saree.

Oh. Was this scene telecasted? If so, I guess I missed it.

Abhira, being the smart girl she is, wore the saree well looking at online video. It was to help the cousin girl she gave her pin, which resulted in wardrobe malfunctioning. It is the Poddars (and many like them) who think women are supposed to cook, clean, dress up and look pretty. That is the measure of a woman's value for some.
