I wouldn't be surprised if the storyline takes this turn, although I am a bit doubtful. Z's frequent repetition of being in the relationship for comfort and respect more than love seems intentional atleast for me. It's almost as if the makers are emphasizing to the audience that his feelings may lack the depth of true love.
I find it hard to accept that the team behind the scenes, capable of creating that chemistry between Z and Mub, struggles to evoke similar chemistry between Z and A. Even a 2 min scene between Mub n Z is intense n it’s not just about their acting but also the staging, body language,non-verbal cues n the camera panning on them a lil longer to create that intensity. All those are missing here- there’s a weird closed-off body language between Z n Ayra n Z delivers his lines to A with no emotional depth but with Mub it’s diff. So I’d like to think that this was done deliberately to create that distinction.
I see Mub n Z has 2 broken souls , who are grappling with their own emotional wounds which really makes for a captivating narrative. I don’t think Ayra ever understood/empathized with him.So I’d want to see something like Mub and Z being each others anchor/home person and help each other heal along the way. I am even ok with them not being romantically involved but Z n Ayra is a definite NO for me.I don’t see a future for that couple. It would be too cliche if it happens. Why should character growth for Mub be limited to just realizing her self-worth n taking control over her life! She falling in love with the right guy for the right reasons can also be a part of her char.arc!
***abt the next promo, Ayra is messing with him clearly, she’s insisting on having a walima of sorts just to pull some stunt. She is here in the mansion to avenge her brother’s death- my theory lol
