I am thinking Agastya will use the bar as the place for working and getting orders filled. There is no way Imlie is becoming a bar singer. But yeah they have the place so they are going to use it as their workhouse to raise the capital.

Vishwa might have wanted the factory to be closed and idle for a longer time so that the losses mount up but I am guessing Imlie will persuade the workers to work out of the bar and they are going to get few orders filled up there by mobilizing the capital. that is the logical way of doing things - ITV ka pata nahin.

See here in US there are many establishments that are run on LLCs - A LLC gives the real owner anonymity and they can choose not to disclose their name. Shares that are sold can be bought on LLCs name and the owner can choose to not disclose the reasons. I am assuming there must be something similar in India too.

Plus Agastya did say in some episodes before that they had to sell off some shares to pay for workers compensation and to get the factory repaired. And Vishwa was telling Navya that whatever is outstanding shares on the market he is buying it under different companies name. Even today in the episode the government official said that different companies have bought the shares but the owner is same. I guess if only one company was buying the shares then it would have been an issue and Vishwa circumvented that problem by floating lot of different shell companies. Hence it did not come to Agastya and Sonali's attention.

now that the thought of Imlie singing in bar for money had strike Agastya mind, he might go to the bar to check his suspicion . That can be the reason Sai shot at bar set. He was wearing the same clothes that he wore in today episode

You think he is going to go to Bar to see if Imlie is there? Did he not close down the bar when he bought it. Yeah we did get BTS pics of Sai in the bar. Let's see what they show tomorrow.

Chaudhary sweets ke chakkar mein, we missed out on appreciating Agasthya. London return Agasthya can do desi kushti in the akhada , cook on the chulah and can build a house.

They are making Agastya heavily dependent on vishwa for anything either it's for stalker finding or for business purpose. I don't know how they will sketch Agastya character graph when all betrayal of vishwa will come out . Abhi uske ek dum Majbur bana diya hai which isn't suiting his personality.
