You’re only going to get witchy advice from me so take it for what it’s worth. Put a Howlite under your pillow. If that doesn’t work, wear an Angelite bracelet. If that doesn’t work, put a blue lace agate in your bra.

Hey! I don't know you. But is your sleeping problems just started recently? Or is it related to two members chatting in your posts? Sleeping problems did happened to me few years back. I started low carb diet and removed myself from toxic environment. A lot was going on. I started listening music that calmed me down. From ocean wave sound to bird, nature to rain drops. It helps. Check if you are any vitamins or minerals deficient. Journal helps too. Milk with Tumeric helps. I enjoy watching Ted Talks speeches. Vitamin B and D also part of it. I take supplements, a good fluffy pillow helps too.
