I never watched KGF, so not sure how this director makes movies. Have not watched the trailer as I have no energy to watch it right now, I'm not a fan of that black and white looking background in the movies, thumbail of video suggests that it has such a background.

I guess this explains why I never watched KGF or other such movies. I couldn't even sit through the trailer. Too much unnecessary violence and basically it's just all about blood and gore and VFX. Not interested.

I like it. The trailer sounds better in Telugu; has that punch. Prabhas face off with Prithvi sounds interesting.

I'd rather watch mindless action where it's believable that the male lead is capable of fighting off 10 men than tingu mingu jumping from pole to pole in recent movies in the name of action

As usual I just went to YT to listen some nice music but they ended up playing Saalar trailer as an ad before that music, I ended up watching the trailer thinking it is some random ad, didn't realize it is saalar trailer until prabhas appeared in the trailer.

Chalo after watching it , I must say that it looked better than I expected, production values are very high, initial few secs resembled Chatrapathi movie,rest of it slightly resembled ponny selvan(don't remember that Maniratnam's movie name exactly) trailer bcz of those kindom and king talks... Shruthi hasan looked misfit in the movie and her expressions looked ajeeb in whatever tiny glimpse they showed about her. If prabhas acted at his best like he acted in Chatrapati it might end up working well at box-office but if he didn't act well like how he appeared lazy in some songs of his latest one or two movies then I'm not sure.

I just did some back ground check of what is this KGF, seems like it was a huge hit /had good reviews, so seems like this director makes some good movies in general, so let's see how it turns out at box-office but definitely looks like kgf Or saalar is not my cup of tea.
