I also think the same. He must be the money lender otherwise why would a insignificant chara is not shown unless he is an important character

Sheezan can quite pull-off an anti-hero role. His long hair and bearded look was better tho.

Clown couple is boring. Raunaq is creepy and phaticharr. Duggal and son are over the top disgusting.

An other thought struck my head. What if his character saves Tara from fire, since Chacha wants to make Dev distracted from the situation, May be before, Dev probe into the situation, Sheezan"s character saves her making Tara eventually mistook him as Dev? But actually he will be the moneylender? I dont know mein kya bakwas kar rahi hoon... But this idea hit me just now,so shared with you.
