Vishnuvardhan is a south Indian filmmaker with Shershaah being his first Hindi movie. I have the feeling that he is well able to cater to the main audience in his filmmaking.

I won't ponder about the female lead as I don't think that she will play a major role. "Operation Cactus" is mainly a men's movie, imo.

Had Salman done a lot of films set in different time periods ? I know Veer ? Bharat covers various eras. Anything else ? This story is from late 80s
