In last season, someone like me told that on stage - that why do they have contestant's sob stories on idol?
HR replied - emotion is part of life, you need to add your background in job application too, blah blah blah....
Wait a minute - I do not tell them on my resume that how many times my father got married - or my mother ran away with whom - or how much my family makes or have debt of- or what hard times we went through - or my father is losing his sight and cannot treat / operate due lack of money, etc.
